The Finnish FALSIFICATION
of The Convention on the Rights of the
Child
The lost "LEGAL PROTECTION" of the Child
-
"before as well as after birth"
To whom it may
concern,
Unfortunately I have to inform you of the poor Human
Rights situation of children in Finland.
As has been found out, we live in
Finland in a State in which even the translation of the Convention on the Rights
of the Child is falsified.
See this:
Convention on the Rights of the Child
original text in english ( taken from the Preamble) :
"Bearing in mind that, as indicated
in the Declaration of the Rights of the Child, ´the child, by reason of his
physical and mental immaturity, needs special safeguards and care, including
appropriate legal protection, before as well as after birth´"

"translation" in Finnish:
"lapsi
ruumiillisen ja henkisen kypsymättömyytensä vuoksi tarvitsee erityistä suojelua
ja huolenpitoa, siihen luettuna asianmukainen hoito sekä ennen syntymää että sen
jälkeen"
- Something is missing.
The official
"translation" in Finnish does not even mention the appropriate legal
protection ( of the child ) ( "before as well as after
birth" ) that the child is entitled to, not at all. The expression
"including appropriate legal protection" has simply been left
out!
- and so has been the Right of
the Child to legal protection, before as well as after birth, in the real life
too.

7 "1. The child shall be registered
immediately after birth and shall have the right from birth to a name, the right
to acquire a nationality and. as far as
possible, the right to know and be cared for by his or her
parents." )
In the Finnish
"translation" of The Convention on the Rights of the Child the expression (
article 7 ) "as
far as possible" is translated -
falsified?
- to "if possible" ( "mikäli mahdollista" ), when the correct translation would have been
something like "niin pitkälti kuin mahdollista".
- and, as one can tell by the new law proposal (
violating The Convention of the Rights of the Child ) and other actions made by
our Government and the State Authorities - it is not possible for the child to
have this right at all - as our Government has been thinking only of new
ways, new laws, to take away what's left of the basic human rights of the child,
only to give all women, without any regard to their legal status - even to all
single women without any connection to the opposite sex in this respect
- artificial means, and a new artificial "right" to have a fatherless
child! a child without the possibility to "know and to be cared for
by his or her both parents"

Halonen
This law proposal is keenly backed by
our president Mrs. Tarja Halonen, who was lightheartedly neglecting The Basic
Human Rights of the Child, by saying, without the slightest thought for the
rights of the child, that "then
the child just has two mothers"
As we can clearly see, there is no legal
protection of the child, neither before or after birth in
this country, a country in which the Government and the so called "equality
organs" have been eager only to think of ways to go around the domestic laws,
even the Constitution of Finland too.
The unlawful State of Finland
At the moment, there is even one father on the steps of the
Finnish Parliament who has gone on hungerstike on behalf of The Right of the
Child to be cared for also by his or her father - This is already the
second case of this type within a year.
To be truthful, it is
unfortunately not uncommon in Finland that the children are stolen from their
homes and their fathers if the spouse just wishes so, no quoestions asked -
and this by the means and the eager support of the
State.
- sometimes these children whose
rights have been violated - denied by the state - are even given to so the
called "loving" "psychological" "parent" who has not been involved in the
life of these children at all before, neither related to these children in any
way, rather than to the biological father trying only to fight for the
rights his children to their own family, and to be cared for by the father
too.
A typical case, like told
above, was the notoriously famous Case Eric Comet - in which Finland was
condemned extraordinarily severely by The European Court of Human Rights
(ECHR)
Eric Comet
Eric Comet was a normal loving and
caring father, who was later denied to even see his own children during his
legal efforts to claim back the rights between his children
and him.
Eric Comet had cared for his children
when they were little untill the day they were, to be truthful, stolen from their home and him - all this
supported by the Finnish Authorities involved in the case after the kidnapping
of these children.
No one in our legal
system was interested in the viewpoint of the father - they did not even give
him one call before the legal status of him as a father with custody was taken
away from him by the very same authorities. No questions were asked, but from
the mother
- and later - when the mother of the
children died because of alcohol overdose - these children were given to the new
lesbian girlfriend of the late mother.
I am sad to have to tell that this
type of stories are not uncommon in Finland nowadays, but rather a rule, and
the human rights situation has declined severely during the presidency of
Mrs.Tarja Halonen.
To put it in short : There is no one in Finland to
bear their responsibility of all
this.

nykyaikana?
Helsingin Sanomat kirjoittaa : "Jopa 20–30 prosenttia
pääkaupunkiseudun lapsista kasvaa riskioloissa eli perheissä, joissa vanhemmat
käyttävät päihteitä tai turvautuvat
väkivaltaan."

Vaan minkälaisesta todellisuudesta tuossa oikeastaan
puhutaankaan?
Jos mietimme sitä mikä on lasten todellisuus nyky-Suomessa,
niin on helppo esittää väite siitä, ettei järjestelmämme ole todellisuudessa
siitä lainkaan kiinnostunut.
- Lapsiin kohdistuvan väkivallan
tutkimista on yritetty estää vallan kahvassa olevien naispoliitikkojen,
Sosiaali-ja terveysministeriön ja ns. tasa-arvoelimiemme toimesta -
toiminta on siis rikollista - mutta valvooko
tätä edes kukaan, ei valvo, ei kukaan virallisesti - ei korppi toisen korpin
silmää noki.

muu, mutta ei yksikään viranomainen.

Ongelmat kun ovat
maassamme näin pikkuisia niin kukaan ei ole myöskään vaivautunut laskemaan edes
uusperheiden määrää, tutkimaan lasten kohtaloita niissä, ainakaan virallisesti
en ole kuullut sellaisesta puhuttavankaan, sekin kun on jälleen ilmeisesti niin
"pieni asia".
Suomessa elää tällä hetkellä satoja tuhansia erolapsia
joilta on käytännössä yhteiskunnan valtakoneiston voimin katkaistu suhde toiseen
ikiomaan vanhempaansa - omaan isäänsä. ( katso alle mitä
siitä seuraa )
Tämä on ilmeisesti suuri voitto tasa-arvolle,
vaikka lapsiuhreja sitten "pikkuisen" tuleekin.
