Niki became the best veteran Kees in Finland 2010! The end of the
year: This year has been something... not so easy.
The structure of the pack has been changed few times. Also in December: Kirsi has been in a course "how to ride a sledge" but could also work in practise.. ;). Tatu and Musta has been running after sheeps here nearby. Some of our dogs has been enjoying of Tiina' s massage. Thanks Tiina! In December we
were also able to "start" dog shows again. Niki's coat started
to be in quite nice shape. In Helsinki (dog amount 6500-7500): 7th October 2010 We flew to Mallorca to pick two Husky males: Amarok de Ciukci and Quebec de Ciukci. 18th - 19th September 2010 We were in a Husky specialty show. There were 283 dogs entered. Our Esikko was BOS Veteran!! Dogs under our kennel name got very good - sufficient. 5th September 2010 Kari continues with meetings, courses, working in dog shows etc.. Otherwise it begins to feel that life goes further. Well in our first autumn start it was so awful to see an empty place but a day after day.. 4th September 2010 We were in a match show with Sonja: Sonja had Bella and I had Tatu and Musta. The dogs behaved quite nice so the training was ok. Finally the summer is over.. some update -Reino (Valindale Keep The Faith) got puppies in Sweden with Kittihof´s Chiquitita 23rd June 2010: 3+3 puppies and in Finland with Ikurin Stella Nova 19th August 2010: 3+3 puppies. -Tatu and Musta has been in three dog shows just after they became nine months old: Musta got good in every show and Tatu got once good and twice very good. 31st July 2010
It felt the way that world didn't exist any more. (after some weeks we got also answers to this: Inka had lymphoma, so there were nothing to do) 11th July 2010 Tatu and Musta (and A. Tehopakkaus "Luca") were in a dog show in a puppy class: Tatu BOB-puppy, Musta BOS-puppy and Luca after Tatu. There were totally those three puppies. :)
Summer: Home has been quite quiet after Osku. Osku didn´t himself bark so much but told to the others that now it's time to bark. ;) In June we spent two weeks in Sweden, Denmark and Germany. We had seven dogs with us and seven stayed in Finland. After our trip it has been SO warm here.. I hate it! 18th June 2010 Osku´s fiancee Yllabo Cancan "Lotta" (Kirsi´s sister´s dog) 3rd September 1997 - 18th June 2010 15th June 2010 Cinereus Giaccone "Osku" 13th March 2000 - 15th June 2010 12th - 13th June 2010 Orivesi dog show: Niki 2nd best male, BOBVET and BISVET4. Tuuri dog show: Niki 4th best male, BOBVET and BISVET2, Inka BOB!! 5th - 6th June 2010 We were in a dog show in Jämsä. We had also Milla´s Huskies Yoda and Nita with us. I handled Yoda (good), Nita (BOB), Suomenlapinkoira Macce in a BOB ring (BOB) and Niki who became BOB, BIG, BIS4 and BISVET3!!! So this was the first show in veteran class! The BOB result was Niki´s 100. in Finland. Thanks for the Niki´s fan club! ;)
30th May 2010 I was in a dog show with Husky Inka. She was BOB and BIG4! 30th May 2010 Niki 8 years! So now he can start his Veteran rings! :) 22nd-23rd May 2010 Kari worked in a Helsinki dog show. I was visiting the show just as a tourist. (or On Saturday I picked up a medal for Esikko acting as a companion dog) On Sunday we had visitors from UK in the show. It was nice to meet you Bette and Janina here in Finland! I was also asked to go to ring so I handled suomenlapinkoira Verna (third best bitch) and took Kees Keksi to a big ring. 13th-16th May 2010 T-puppies have been in a puppy show. Teräs, Timantti and Toiveuni behaved quite good in their first show. :) On Sunday Kari went to a dog show with Niki. Result: BOB and BIG2! 9th May 2010 T-puppies have been very busy: Taikuus, Tehopakkaus and Topaasi has already tried to work like Huskies! ;) And all puppies were so eager to go. A group show (=just two FCI groups in that show) in Salo: Reino got the last CAC and became a Finnish champion, Niki was BOB, BIG and BIS! Inka BOS and the father of our T-puppies BOB and BISVET4!! Congratulations to Reino and Jätkä! 1st May 2010 With Inka (third best bitch) and Niki (BOS) at dog show in Hollola. One update which I have forgotten to update: Niki´s son Kittihof´s Chagall was best male Kees 2009 in Sweden! CONGRATULATIONS! 24th April 2010 Niki and Ada in Lahti dog show: Niki BOB and Ada EXC. 10th April 2010 Kirsi drove with the Huskies for the first time. If we don´t count that one time 4½ years ago when I drove just few hundred meters with sled. :)
4th April 2010 The dog show in Lappeenranta. Niki was so awful in the breed ring! There were some other dogs also barking (our Reino also) and growling in the dog ring. Results: Reino fourth best dog, Niki BOB and BIG3 and also one Siberian Husky in the ring: Inka BOB and in the sex best in group!! 21st March 2010 Our THE oldiest: Nala 14 years!!
20th March 2010 At Tampere dog show:: Niki third best dog, Ada EXC and Inka second best bitch, RES CACIB! Yiihaa, Inka behaved herself so nice in the ring again. 13th March Osku is now 10 years old! 2nd February 2010 Niki tested a dog´s treadmill. It was an interesting test. In the photo it has just begun the move.
30th January 2010 We were with Niki in Champion of Champions. Niki won his first pair 3-0 but lost the second one 2-1. 23rd-24th January 2010 It was time for the first shows in this year: Niki in Turku International BOS and Reino got very good. On specialty dog show Niki was third in champion class. 18th January Keeshond Reino (Valindale Keep The Faith) starts the news page this year. In December 2009 we went to x-ray him: hips are B/B and elbows 0/0 also knees and eyes are OK!

Niki was the best Kees male in Finland 2009 and 11th in Kennelclubs show dog competition!!!
