JL-types can create also custom made typefaces and convert text files to another format.
Typeface IPAnema is for writing Internation Phonetic Association's (IPA) phonetic characters. It has a complete IPA character set including the last revisions. This typeface is a must when you must explain the foreign language prononciation. It is available for both MacOS and Windows.
Another phonetic notation system is Finno-Ugric transcription, that can be extreme complicated but also powerful. JL-types has created the typeface Fluralic for MacOS, on which you can type unbelievable phonetic text ­p; without tears. In Fluralic there are so many characters, that it is not available for Windows.
are made for preliminary schools teachers and producers of
educational materials. You can produce both print and cursive
examples for pupils using Tikku & Takku II both on MacOS or
Windows.
In this package there are sixteen typefaces, a half are ordinary
and a half with lines. Using these typefaces you can prepare writing
exercises, educational materias and print them on any laser, inkjet,
or matrixprinter.
The new version includes also a new typeface Sujuva for fluent
handwriting.
Astro typefaces are developed in cooperation with University
Almanac Office. These typefaces include astrological and calendar
signs as well as other signs. You can order this package also

If you can't find the font you need from JL-types' selection, we can create that for you. We can add to existing fonts special characters or we can add your authograph to a font:
If you want, that we'll customize a font you are using, you
must have legal rights to use the original font. The customized
font will get a new name, that it wouldn't get mixed with the
original one. With custom made fonts we can build practical and
versatile chararter libraries. As an example look at Astro typefaces,
that were introduced above in this page.
Delivery time is from one day to couple weeks depending on our
workload and backlog.
Another JL-types' service is conversion of foreign language text files. If you have got e.g. a text made on different computer environment, that is impossible to open properly, JL-types can convert the text to a proper format. If you get texts to be converted on a regulary basic, you should buy JL-types' Convert program.
