Kaima's Coefficient of Inbreeding and Ancestor Loss Coefficient
The coefficient of inbreeding and the ancestor loss coefficient are
computed in KoiraNet
using the data available in KoiraNet. The number of known ancestors is
given in KoiraNet, too.
As a rule of thumb in six generations
the coefficient of inbreeding COI shouldn't be higher than 6 %.
the minimum value of ancestor loss coeffient ALC is
recommended to be at
computed coefficient of inbreeding COI as a function of the number of
generations and the recommended maximum coefficient of inbreeding in
computed ancestor loss coefficient ALC as a function of the number of
generations and the recommended minimum ancestor loss coefficient in
known ancestors versus the number of generations.
