Kaima's official name is Good Mushing Brita Bura-C. Because Brita is a Swedish version of Riitta, we call her Kaima. Kaima is in English namesake.

The bitch Kaima is born on 2008-11-20. Her coefficient of inbreeding is 10,2 % according to six generations. Kaima's ancestor loss coefficient is 0,69 with five generations. Both her coefficient of inbreeding and ancestor loss coefficient are shown graphically here.

Kaima is a wise, calm, hard and independent dog. When Kaima was a puppy, Luna was her idol. Luna taught Kaima many things among other things why people exist. Normally Kaima isn't very interested in people, but sometimes to our surprise she notices us. Kaima waves her tail only a couple of times per year. Kaima can be a very charming dog, if she likes.

In the year 2010 Kaima was diagnosized to have Canine eosinophilic bronchopneumopathy (EBP). She must eat cortisone obviously for the rest of her life.

Because cortisone is denied according to the anti doping rules of the Finnish Kennel Club, Kaima can't take part in dog shows or compete in sled dog races under the Finnish Kennel Club. The only possibility to Kaima to compete is that she doesn't eat cortisone for a long time.

How Kaima works in harness depends a lot of on her health situation. At her best she is a good worker and can run in the lead. Kaima normally trains mushing in our team. Kaima has got one time the second prize in the race test for sled dogs (REK2).

Kaima has got three times very good in shows.

Kaima's data can be found in KoiraNet.
