Äkryn Ähellys

Both of our dogs run in the racing test Äkryn Ähellys in Kangasniemi. The test is run with three dogs. Pertti Liukkonen loaned his Siberian huskies to us so that our dogs run in different teams.

Jena led Luna's team. Eddy and Luna run as wheel dogs. We had loaned Eddy earlier for one winter, when he taught us and Luna to mush. He had pulled a lot with Luna. Eddy had been an excellent sled dog. It was a pity that veteran Eddy was not any more a racing dog. The result of Luna's team in the race test was the third prize.

Äkryn Ähellys remained the last race of Eddy. He has retired from racing and lives as a home dog.

Enoyta worked as the leader in Nome's team. Nome and Krisu worked as wheel dogs. Nome's team got the second prize from the race test.

Äkryn Ähellys was arranged well.
