OH5BM is a Finnish radioamateur callsign. OH is the country ID (prefix), 5 is the area, which do not mean too much nowadays,
because you can use your call in every area of Finland without indicating the area by the different number. BM is the personal addition.
So the OH5BM means that only one that kind of radioamateur callsign exists in the world.
It is nice personal identification for example for Internet purposes.
I even have a personal name i.e. Tapani Nisula - but that is not so important.
Amateur radio is more than a hobby to me - more like a lifestyle.
