This
is an old kit from Tamiya. Very nice kit to build, especially the engine
is attractive. And gives good basis for detailing. I've used
photo-etched set from Studio27 and few parts are home made from brass
and plastic. The antenna is from Sakatsu and seat belts and windscreen
wipers from Modeler's. Decals are original but the door and hood numbers
are my own design and printed in England. Peugeot 205 T16 made it's
debut in Tour de Corse '84. The Thousand Lakes Rally '84 was it's third
rally and first win in the championship series. Driver was Ari Vatanen
(FIN) and co-driver
was Terry Harryman (GB).
