Q-scratchdel is self-explanatory. Select the layers you want to keep. Run the script.

Only thing that may need explanation is the checkbox in the interface: If you check the "Don't show this message again" box, the script will write a key in the registry, making the warning message not appear anymore.  As this is a permanent setting, another confirmation window will open:

If you say YES, it's gone for good.

UNLESS you manually remove the registry entry, but that's another story ;-)
