ECU has failed without any warning. User reported no fuel injection. After opening the box odd smell and some visible tracks of the failure was discovered. Electrolytic capacitors C4 and C37 had leaked electrolyte. After removing the capacitors damage was clearly visible.Capacitors C4 50u50V and C37 100u50V PCB was destroyed underneath of the C37. Electrolyte has formed conductive path and PCB was burned to coal. PCB track was also corroded away. PCB underneath of the C4 was not so bad. Repair work
PCB was cleaned fromelectrolyte jelly. Burned PCB was removed and filled with epoxy. New capacitors were installed. PCB also needed patch wire to replace lost track.
