Post office is used for sending items to other people or your other characters and sending messages to offline friends. It can also be used for sending marbles to other people or to your other characters.

::sending messages::

Enter the receivers name
Type in the message (this has a limit of 126 characters)
Send the message (sending message costs 1[M] )

::sending items::

Enter the receivers name
Select the item you want to send
Type the amount of items you want to send
Send the item(s) (you must have enough cash in hand to pay for the commission)

::transferring funds::

First click the tab "Transfer Fund", then (see picture below)

Enter the receivers name
Enter the amount you want to send
Check that you have enough money in hand to pay this commission
Send the money

::sending group messages::

Press "Group message" -button
Type in receiver's name
Press "Add" -button to add the name to the list
Type in the message
Send message (note that group messages cost more than just sending to a single receiver)
If you want to remove a name from the list, click the name and then press "Delete" -button
Here you can send msg to all your friends (or edit the list of friends who you want to send the msg to)
Here you can send msg to all your guild members (or edit the list of guild members who you want to send the msg to)
Here you can send msg to all your townies (or edit the list of townies who you want to send the msg to)

::EXTRA TIP::

If you run out of inventory space, you can use Post Office for extra space. You just need to send stuff to yourself. This ofcourse costs the commission, but is sometimes very useful.

The trick is to write your name as the receiver and then fill the rest of the receiver box by repeatedly pressing spacebar. Now you are set to send stuff to yourself!
